Motorola V6 RAZR Maxx Mobile Phone Review

The Motorola RAZR maxx V6 has been launched recently and is a technically advanced phone.  It is lightweight and ultra slim.  It has a look of the future, with a glass and metal combination, and looks cool.  This is made with everyone in mind, it provides everything that a businessman needs and gives a music lover what he craves for, 1 GB of music.  All this and more is packed into this slim good-looking device.

This phone is a new generation phone and also operates on the Vodafone network, which means within the Vodafone coverage areas, users will not have to look for broadband connections.  They can easily connect with the help of a software and USB cable.
 
There is a circular directional pad on the main keypad, with touch sensitive controls for the media player on the front glass panel.  When the media player is on, the back, forward, play and pause buttons light up with blue.  The back lighting on the keypad is blue and looks good as it is spread evenly over the entire keypad.

The V6 is a cutting edge device that introduces HSDPA, which means high-speed download packet access, a new technology, which increases the speed of downloads, up to 3.6 Mbps.  The 3G network services allow you to use this facility to the fullest, with high-resolution video calling, extremely fast music downloading, and watching live TV on the handset. 

This product prides itself of having two excellent cameras, one is a 2.0 megapixel camera used for still photography and a high resolution (640x480 pixels) VGA camera, used for video calling. The display is fantabulous with excellent 256K colors and a 240x320 pixel resolution.  One great feature is the LED light that can be selected from the camera options, which not only works as a flash but also gives light constantly and can be doubled as a torch if required.  The pictures can be sent to friends through email or MMS and also transferred to the computer using Bluetooth or USB.

This mobile is made with music in mind. Music forms the basis for all the excellent features available.  It has a stereo MP3 player that supports all music formats such as MP3, AAC, and AAC+.  The user has the option to either use a USB handset or a wireless stereo Bluetooth headset. The sound quality excels beyond imagination.  MP3 ring tones are supported. The memory is 50 MB and is sufficient to store about ten songs, but the option of upgradation is available up to 2 GB, with the use of a microSD memory card.

This is a quad band phone that allows the user to use it while traveling too. The battery gives a talk time of 3 hours 20 minutes and a standby of 13 days.  

All the usual messaging options are available, including SMS and MMS with PXT and videoPXT.  Email clients such as POP3, IMAP, and SMTP are supported. This device can also synch with Microsoft Outlook and all the appointments and calendar entries can be moved from the desktop to the phone.

Motorola V6 has the wonderful capability of downloading any game, video file or music at an excellent speed.  The user will never have to lose his patience waiting for things to happen with this lightening fast mobile. It comes with java game demos and even full version games are available live with Vodafone.
