LG KU580 Mobile Phone Review

Over the years, cell phones have evolved from simple cell phones to being able to take pictures, send instant messages, and, more recently, browse the web. Cell phones which offer web browsing are becoming more and more popular, as is the site Google and the email service Gmail, which is powered by Google.  More and more people are using both of these services for things that they need to do on the Internet.

So it wasn't a big surprise when LG, which is a South Korean electronics  maker, came up with a phone that caters to the consumers that utilize both of these items, consumers were happy about it.  The LG-Ku580 mobile phone, with it's 3G wireless technology, offers access to both Gmail and the Google search engine. For the person who is constantly needing to do searches on Google or wanting to check their email, it's an answer to their prayers.

Currently available only in European countries, this wonderful phone is already getting rave reviews. Apart from the fact that it offers quick access to the Google search engine and to Gmail, it also has a FM stereo receiver, capability to play 3D games, and a 2 megapixel camera as well.

This phone, which is developed by LG, which is said to be the fifth largest cell phone manufacturer, it has a very similar design to the LG “Chocolate” phone. Same as the  KG800 “Chocolate” phone.  It's sleek and shiny, measuring just 16.55 and weighing less than 75 grams.  Some consumers have even compared it to the weight of a bracelet.  Now that is light! The handset comes with a 2.0 inch LCD screen.

The LG-Ku580 mobile phone has a 2.0 megapixel camera, and, with a front VGA camera, supports video call, Guess what? No more worrying about not being able to take a beautiful picture. No more missing the chance to video tape something funny that happens. The LG phone has it covered!

Google technology is not something that is new to be added to cell phones, but the LG has done something that no other phone manufacturer has done before, and that is incorporate the three big features into one cell phone. The LG-Ku580 mobile phone has Google search, Gmail and Google mapping,  There seems to be no end to what it can do.

so, what are people to do who don't live in the countries where this phone is currently available? It doesn't seem fair that only of few of the countries get to have this phone, when the rest of us don't, does it?  Unfortunately for those Google enthusiasts who don't live in the European countries where this phone is available, they will either have to wait for it to be released in their countries, or hope that someone else releases something similar to it.  For those of us who love Google and Gmail, that day can't come too soon.
